Escobar Jungle Party

Several nights a week the jungle above Chalok turns into the island's biggest dance floor. Two stages, international and resident DJs, glow paint, and a crowd that only gets going after midnight. The party officially ends at 6 am; the stories last longer. Free pickup trucks loop from Sairee all night.

What to expect

Escobar is Koh Tao's jungle rave: a party tucked up in the hills where the music runs until sunrise and the crowd comes to dance, not to sit down. Think open-air floors under the trees, house and techno, and that unmistakable 5am-in-the-jungle feeling.

Wear closed shoes for the jungle paths, bring water, and sort your ride back down in advance, taxis thin out late. It's one of the island's signature big nights, so go with a group and settle in.
